ThinManager: Enable Detailed Logging

In order to enable detailed/debug-type logging in ThinManager, do the following... create a DWORD registry value called "LogOutput" here... HKLM\Software\Automation Control Products\ThinManager ... set the value to 14 (or 78 to enable detailed security logging as well), and restart the ThinServer service. This will start generating log files in your ThinManager program files directory - keep an eye on it though, and don't leave it in place forever, or you'll consume the drive. It's useful for troubleshooting synchronization issues between Thinservers, and time sync issues that look like "synchronization failed" events in Thinmanager event log.
